Talib is an experienced clinical and strategic director with 40 years in nursing and health care leadership
After qualifying as a nurse, Talib specialised in intensive care before taking managerial and executive nursing roles. He has undertaken a number of Chief Nurse and Executive Leadership roles at provider and system level and has substantial international healthcare experience.
Talib was awarded an OBE from the Queen of England in 1998 for his services to nursing management and Furness General Hospital.
