Tell the NHS about COVID-19 vaccinations you have had abroad

This service at Lancaster University Health Centre enables you to book an appointment to show evidence for any coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you have received outside of England.

This is so the NHS can securely update your vaccination record. This can take up to 10 working days after your appointment.

Who can use this service

You can use this service if you have an NHS number.

You  also must have received one of these vaccines outside of England:

  • Beijing Institute of Biological Products (Sinopharm BIBP)
  • Bharat Biotech (Covaxin)
  • Gamaleya (Sputnik V)
  • Institute of India (Covishield)
  • Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
  • Moderna (Spikevax)
  • AstraZeneca AB (Vaxzevria)
  • Novavax (Nuvaxovid)
  • Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty)
  • Serum Institute of India (Covovax)
  • SinoVac (CoronaVac)

Sinopharm vaccine

If you received a Sinopharm vaccine, your evidence must show that it was manufactured by the Beijing Institute of Biological Products (BIBP).

If your Sinopharm vaccine evidence shows a different manufacturer or does not say who made it, you are not eligible to book an appointment.
