Kendal Urgent Treatment Centre

We are working with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT), North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) and Healthwatch to gather feedback from people who have used Kendal Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC). Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, what could be improved, and how urgent care services should develop in the future.

We're carrying out this survey to better understand:

• How aware people are of Kendal UTC and the services it provides.
• Why people choose to use - or not use - the service.
• What works well.
• What could be improved.

Your responses are anonymous, so whether you've attended Kendal UTC many times, once or never, your feedback is important.

This survey will close on Sunday 13 September 2026, and the findings will be shared on our website.

Once the engagement has finished, we will publish a summary of what people told us and how the feedback has been used on our website
