Have your say and help shape the refreshed ICB strategy

NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) is carrying out a refresh of its organisational strategy. The refreshed strategy will help us decide how to use our money and resources, work with partners and improve people’s health.

It will also help us reduce unfair differences in health, make sure services can meet people’s needs now and in the future, and consider how the NHS can contribute to stronger local communities and economies.

We want to hear what matters most to you. Your feedback will help us check that we are focusing on the right things, identify where greater clarity is needed and consider important issues as we develop the strategy.
