NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) AGM is due to take place later this month, and members of the public are invited to attend.

The meeting on Thursday 25 September at County Hall, Preston, offers a chance to find out about work undertaken by the ICB over the past 12 months, with the annual report and latest financial updates due to be among the agenda items.

It is open for anyone to attend in person, and places can be booked in advance at www.lancashireandsouthcumbria.icb.nhs.uk/AGM2025.

The ICB’s acting chief executive, Sam Proffitt, said: “The past year has seen some change within the ICB, and there is more planned with a new national 10-year plan, a strengthened role of the ICB as a strategic commissioner in the future and a new chief executive starting in November to take us through our next chapter.

“We are working to address our financial challenges and we have started to make progress as part of our recovery programme.

“I would like to welcome as many people as possible to our annual general meeting later this month, where we will talk in detail about the work we have undertaken over the past 12 months and take a look at the work that lies ahead of us. It is also a good opportunity for us to meet with our communities and partners face-to-face and discuss the topics that matter most to you.”

Should you wish for a particular topic to be covered at the AGM, please complete the form here www.lancashireandsouthcumbria.icb.nhs.uk/AGM2025.

The AGM runs from 4:30pm to 6pm on Thursday 25 September in Lune Meeting Room 1, ICB Offices, County Hall, Level 3 Christ Church Precinct, Preston, PR1 8XB. Use the Bow Lane reception to enter.
