NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) AGM will be held next month, with members of the public invited to attend.

The meeting on Thursday 17 September at County Hall, Preston, will be a chance to find out about the ongoing restructuring and transformation of the ICB and ongoing work and projects. The annual report and latest financial updates are also due to be among the agenda items.

It is open for anyone to attend in person, and places can be booked in advance at lancashireandsouthcumbria.icb.nhs.uk/AGM2026.

The ICB’s chief executive officer, Aaron Cummins, said: “This will be my first AGM with the Integrated Care Board and comes at a time of great change for our organisation.

“We have strengthened our role as a strategic commissioner and are in an ongoing process to tailor our work towards the NHS’ national 10-year plan.

“Everyone is welcome to attend our annual general meeting, where we will talk in detail about the work we have undertaken over the past 12 months and provide more detail around the significant restructure we are undertaking. I look forward to welcoming partners and members of the public to what will be an open and insightful discussion.”

The AGM runs from 4:30pm to 6pm on Thursday 17 September in Lune Meeting Room 1, ICB Offices, County Hall, Level 3 Christ Church Precinct, Preston, PR1 8XB. Use the Bow Lane reception to enter.

Registration is required to help with the management of the event. For help with registering or any other information, phone the ICB on 0300 373 3550 or email lscicb.contactus@nhs.net.
