Director of communications and engagement - Neil Greaves

Neil is a communications and engagement professional who has worked at Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB since September 2022 having previously worked for NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit leading the Lancashire and South Cumbria team as integrated care partnership working was developing. Neil has experience of engaging with communities across Lancashire as a senior manager for Healthwatch and in marketing and public relations within the education, local government, tourism and retail industries.

As a local resident, Neil has an active interest in supporting the improvement of health outcomes through high quality engagement, involvement and participation of local communities.
