Partner Member for Primary Care - Dr Julie Colclough

Dr Julie Colclough is a dedicated GP based in the South Lakes and serves as the Primary Care Director for the Grange and Lakes area. As a Partner Member for Primary Care on the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB), she plays a key role in shaping and championing the voice of general practice across the region.

In addition to her leadership roles within the NHS, Dr Colclough serves as a Medical Officer with 8 Rifles, reflecting her commitment to both civilian and military healthcare.

Dr Colclough brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative approach to improving services for patients, supporting fellow clinicians, and helping shape integrated care across communities.
