Information for members of the public observing the ICB Board

To be open and transparent regarding the business of the Board, members of the public will be invited to observe the formal meetings. The agenda, papers and minutes for ICB Board are published on this website at the links below.

Members of the public can request to observe the Board in person by our contact us form (opens in a new window) noon on the Monday before the scheduled meeting. The link to watch the live stream of the meeting will be made available on the ICB website prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Submitting questions in advance

If you have any questions to put to the Board relating to items on the agenda, we ask for these to be submitted in advance of the meeting by completing our contact us form (opens in a new window). This form will open once papers have been published on the ICB’s website seven calendar days prior to the meeting.  

Any questions received after noon on the Monday before the scheduled meeting may not be considered for the proceeding meeting.

Questions that are related to an agenda item will be addressed in the meeting and a written response will be sent directly to the individual who raised the question within 20 working days. For questions related to more general matters regarding the ICB please direct these to Lscicb.contactus@nhs.net and for questions related to individual patient experience please direct these to lscicb-fw.patientexperience@nhs.net.
